We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

Domestic Shipping (UK): 5-7 business days via standard courier.

International Shipping: 10-14 business days via tracked courier.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Shoffice stand, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in original, unassembled condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@shoffice.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
